You can reduce or end night urination without drugs or becoming a cash cow to the pharmaceutical industry. Tired of getting up every night to urinate? You can take control with a simple exercise regimen. If you can commit to 45 minutes a day you can dramatically reduce or even end those nightly trips to the toilet.
Since I was in my fifties I’ve dealt with multiple nightly trips to the bathroom for the last twenty years. Thinking it was something that was normal and I drank a lot of water each day. I coped with this because the bathroom was really close and I usually could get right back to sleep. Then I found myself in a home where the bathroom wasn’t so convenient and I wasn’t able to get back to sleep as easily.
Finding a Solution
So I decided to try to do something about it. At 72 and in pretty good shape, I exercise most days. I eat healthy (not a vegan or vegetarian) but healthy. So it was time to do some in-depth research on what I could do to curb this irritating nightly ritual. Falling into the pharmaceutical wormhole which actually promised nothing, was expensive, and came with side effects, just wasn’t an option.
After a lot of trial and error, I developed an exercise regimen that is relatively simple to follow. It is not exhausting or overly taxing. It requires a commitment of a maximum of 45 minutes a day. Three or four five minute exercises you can do anywhere at any time without anyone even noticing. Whether you’re driving, in a meeting, on the phone, nobody will know. The balance of the time is in the evening sometime before bed, just enough to break a sweat.
What would it be worth to you to get relief from bothersome late-night trips to the toilet?
